| Blended Scotch Whisky | 45 ml | Base spirit: flavour and alcoholic structure. |
| Apricot liqueur | 15 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Orange bitters | 1 ml | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the measured ingredients and stir for 20-25 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Bend a washed citrus peel over the surface to release its aromatic oils, then add it to the glass.
