| Sweet Vermouth | 25 ml | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
| Campari | 25 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
Method
- Add the measured ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for about 25 seconds, then strain into the serving glass. Taste and adjust on your next attempt. Serve over fresh ice.
