Ingredients

| Dark Rum | 45 ml | Base spirit: flavour and alcoholic structure. |
| Honey Syrup | 15 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Coffee liqueur | 15 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a mixing glass and stir briefly, 10-20 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large rock
- Sprinkle a bit of salt on top and garnish with lemon twist
