| Cointreau | 30 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Lime juice | 22.5 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
