Yes, but chilling ingredients does not reproduce the water that melting ice contributes. A spirit-led drink can taste sharper and a shaken drink will have a different texture.

Use chilled ingredients and a chilled glass. For a drink you normally stir, test a small measured addition of cold water. Fizzy drinks still need gentle mixing, not shaking.
