How to batch a Negroni

For eight home serves, combine 200 ml gin, 200 ml sweet vermouth and 200 ml Campari. These are the undiluted ingredients. Keep the orange garnish separate.

Put it into practice

Either stir each 75 ml portion with ice before serving, or add measured chilled water to the batch and serve over fresh ice. Do not do both without accounting for the extra dilution. Start with a small test serving.
