Our house ratio is 50 ml tequila, 20 ml orange liqueur and 25 ml lime juice per serving. Eight servings need 400 ml, 160 ml and 200 ml respectively.
Put it into practice
Combine the spirits ahead. Add freshly squeezed lime at service and shake portions with ice. Salt only half the rim so guests can choose. Different liqueurs change the final sweetness.
