Method
- Chill brewed tea and other warm ingredients before mixing. Choose a tall glass large enough for the measured ingredients and ice.
- Fill the glass with ice. Add all measured non-carbonated ingredients and stir briefly to combine.
- Pour in chilled soda, lemonade, ginger ale or sparkling wine last, as listed. Stir gently once or twice to preserve the bubbles.
- Add the garnish if available and serve promptly. Keep sparkling ingredients separate until serving when preparing several drinks.
