Ingredients

| Grapefruit liqueur | 20 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Lime juice | 20 ml | Juice: acidity, fruit and volume vary by ingredient. |
Method
- Add the measured ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Close firmly and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass, keeping the used ice in the shaker. Taste one serving before scaling up.
