| Angostura aromatic bitters | 1 ml | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Fill the serving glass with fresh ice. Add the measured ingredients and stir gently. Add fizzy ingredients last; never shake them. Stir for 20-30 seconds to chill. 1 ml bitters is approximately two dashes; bottles vary.
Glass: Rocks glass
Garnish: Orange peel, expressed over the surface
