| Bénédictine | 1 teaspoon | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Peychauds Bitters | 2 dash | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Garnish with orange zest and maraschino cherry.
