Ingredients
Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Ginger syrup | 22.5 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Sweet Vermouth | 15 ml | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
| preferably Fell to Earth | ||
| Club soda | 1 topup | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Add the first three ingredients to a shaker and whip-shake with a few ice cubes.
- Strain into a Collins glass.
- Top with club soda, add ice, then float sweet vermouth on top.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
