| Passionfruit syrup | 22.5 ml | Sweetener or flavoured sweetener; concentration matters. |
| Club soda | 90 ml | Length, aroma or texture; add sparkling ingredients at serving. |
Method
- Add all ingredients except the soda to shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into Collins glass over large ice column
- Top with club soda
