Ingredients

| Amaro Montenegro | 22.5 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Cointreau | 15 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Mole Bitters | 1 dash | Concentrated seasoning; keep its stated unit. |
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Pour over a large cube/sphere in a rocks glass.
Glass: Lowball
Garnish: use a hand torch to blacken an orange peel over the glass. Rub the peel over the rim of the glass and drop into the drink. Serve.
