Ingredients
Listed recipe quantities, before ice dilution. Ice, equipment and garnish are additional.

| Cynar | 22.5 ml | Modifier: flavour, sweetness and/or bitterness; check the bottle. |
| Vermouth Bianco | 22.5 ml | Wine-based flavour and length; sweetness depends on the product. |
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir for 30-45 sec. or approx. 60 revolutions.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
